Big News!

Big Ernie's Rib Shack officially found a new location where Ernie can serve up his tasty ribs nearly every day. With plans to be open at least 5 days a week, even Big Ernie deserves some time to let the smoke clear. In the meantime, he is working fast and furious to get things geared up for the grand opening.

While the Shack will still get around on wheels to cater special events and private parties, this prime location on East Valley Parkway in Escondido will be Ernie's home away from home.

Opening in in late May or early June, Big Ernie's Rib Shack will feature the same great food as before, all prepared in a state-of-the-art kitchen and served in a comfortable and cozy setting.

This marks the beginning of a new era of great barbeque in North County. Come see Big Ernie in his new location soon!
