Big Ernie's Rib Shack is owned and operated by the Kinsey family.

I'm Ernest Kinsey, Jr., better known as Big Ernie. I was raised deep in the South... New Orleans to be exact... in a family with five kids. Early on, we all learned how to cook right and how to eat well.

I tend the big smoker while my wife Patrice makes all of our sides from scratch. It's usually her smiling face that you see at the window when you place your order.

Big Ernie's Rib Shack is a family affair, so we get welcome assistance from our daughter Ericka and nephews Joshua and Raymond.
