Here at Big Ernie's Rib Shack, we take
pride in our barbecue. We start with a dry rub, made with cracked
pepper and whole mustard seeds and finish with a tangy homemade
sauce.
Our meats
are slow-cooked over split red oak on a lazy rotisserie to
achieve that magical taste with subtle hints of sweet smoke.
The result? Tender, juicy Louisiana-style barbecue that is hard
to find
on this
side of the Mississippi.
Big
Ernie Has Wheels!
Our
shack is a mobile trailer that was custom-built in Indiana
by Southern
Yankee B-B-Q.
It has a 4-foot rotisserie barbecue pit smoker plus a 2' x 4'
charcoal grill, along with a full kitchen, air
conditioning, stereo speakers, and a metal roof awning. All
the comforts of home!
Our mobility is perfect for catering and special events.
