Big Ernie will ring in the 13th annual First Night Escondido 2008 with an event that celebrated community, the arts, and the New Year with 13 stages of music and dance, the best of restaurant and vendor foods, hands-on art activities, and two fireworks extravaganzas: one at 7:30 pm and one at midnight!
